Description: Potato Flakes can be used for instant mashed potatoes and a variety of snack products. They also form the basis for many commercially available food products where it can be used as a binder and extender.

Ingredients: Potatoes, monoglycerides, sodium acid pyrophosphate, citric acid. Freshness preserved with sodium bisulfite and BHA.
